Order and payment of tour to Belarus:

2. Planned dates of the trip
3. The route of the tour
4. The number of participants in the trip (including adults / children)
5. Suggestions for accommodation, hotel category (economy class, 2-3 *, other ..)

• If you want to visit Belarus according to a non-standard program, indicate the route in your request for calculating the cost of the tour.

Step 2: conclusion of the contract

• After agreeing all the components of the tour, an agreement is concluded for a trip to Belarus. We will send you an email with the details for prepayment (or full payment of the tour) through the bank.

Step 3: Payment Procedure

• You need to print the contract and invoice, and on the basis of it make payment at the bank. Payment for the tour is possible in Belarusian rubles, Russian rubles, euros and US dollars. Bank commission is not included in the tour price and is paid additionally by the customer.
• After payment, you need to send a signed scanned copy of the contract and payment order to e-mail: incoming@vash-otdyh.by
• We draw your attention to the fact that medical insurance must be issued for each participant of the trip independently.
• Combined tours are paid within 5 days after the conclusion of the contract in one payment.

Step 4: Come on an excursion to Belarus

• Tourists who conclude an agreement on a trip to Belarus with our company are always met on the day of arrival by a licensed guide (at the train station, airport, etc.), accompany the group on excursions, check into a hotel and escort to the station.

The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection using the secure TLS protocol and confidentially receives from the client the details of his payment card (card number, holder name, expiration date, and verification number for the bank card CVC / CVC2).

After making a payment using a bank card, it is necessary to save the received card checks (confirmation of payment) for reconciliation with an extract from the card account (in order to confirm the operations performed in the event of a dispute).

When paying with a bank payment card, a refund is made to the card with which payment was made.

Terms of cancellation of the order are agreed upon by the contract.
